Die Vermietung im Sirius Business Park Berlin-Tempelhof geht weiter voran. Nach der Vermietung eines 600 m² großen Showrooms an das Nähmaschinen Center Berlin, hat mit der Manfred Narr GmbH ein weiterer großer Mieter einen langfristigen Mietvertrag unterschrieben.

Die Manfred Narr GmbH mietet im Sirius Business Park Berlin-Tempelhof eine 1.500 m² große Produktionsfläche an. Das Metallbau-Unternehmen, das eines der größten Berlins ist, nutzt die Fläche für verschiedenste Stahl- und Schlosserarbeiten. Der Mieter hat sich besonders auf Denkmalschutzarbeiten und Restaurierungen spezialisiert.

Die Sirius Facilities GmbH baut die Produktionsfläche genau nach den Bedürfnissen des Unternehmens um, so dass neben der maßgeschneiderten Produktionsfläche auch separate Büroräume entstehen. Der Einzug ist für den 1. Januar 2010 geplant.
