It is often not possible to rent business space for short periods of time. Does Sirius Facilities have a minimum rental time requirement?
No, we work together with our clients to develop a rental contract suited to their needs. When you need space for only one month, then we will aim to rent you space for just one month..

Do I have to pay commission?
No, our contracts are commission free. You pay only the rent and any associated costs.

My business is extremely successful and growing. Is there the possibility of increasing my space needs?
Simply advise your Centre Manager of your specific needs. They will gladly search for a suitable space relevant to your requirements.

Should I make an appointment to view your facilities or can I simply turn up?
It is advisable to arrange an appointment time in advance to ensure availability of our Centre Management team. If this is not possible, please visit our Centre Management team who will help in any way possible.
